Ingredients ::
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- half cup castor sugar
- teaspoon baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1 egg (approx 60g)
- 100 grams cannabutter

A tasty little cookie half way between a shortbread and a macaroon

Preheat oven to 200
Sift
flour and mix dry ingredients. Add egg and softened cannabutter and mix
well with spoon, kneading with hands to achieve even dough. Using a
spoon make into small balls and flatten slightly. On a baking tray,
cook in batchs of approx a dozen in middle of oven for 15 minutes.
Remove and cool on wire rack.
store in airtight container out of reach of children and police
Makes 24 strong cookies or 36 moderate ones
