Mary's Little Lamb Wraps

Yummy lamb wraps... and did I mention Healthy??? Well yeh, that too.
  • 400g Lamb Fillets
  • 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of Canola Oil
  • 4 pieces of Lebanese Bread
  • 2/3 cup of Hummus
  • 2 cups of shredded Lettuce
  • 2 Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small Red Onion, diced
  • 1 Seedless Cucumber, diced
  • Hot Chilli Sauce

Ingredients: 

1. Coat the Lamb Fillets in the Soy Sauce

2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat

3. Cook the Lamb Fillets for about 3-4 mins, turning occasionally

4. Remove Lamb and slice thinly

5. Spread each piece of Lebanese Bread with the Hummus

6. Place the Lamb closer to one edge of the Lebanese Bread

7. Place Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Cucumber and as much Hot Chilli Sauce as you desire just off centre of the Lebanese Bread

8. Fold each edge inwards, top and bottom, then roll up starting at the filled side.

9. Cut in half and serve.
