1 chicken schnitzel
cheese slices (I use 2 per burger)
whole grain mustard
whole egg mayonnaise
tomato (fresh from garden if you can)
1. Get your roll and spread whole grain mustard on the top and put a sllice of cheese on the bottom.
2. Get your chicken either hot or cold (this one was left overs from the night before and as you can see I didnt cook it lol) and give a good amount of mayo.
3. Put your slices of tomato on next and then add your grilled bacon.
4. On top of the bacon put your second slice of cheese, then top with lettuce and ya pretty much done.
Serve with either salad, chips or some wedges
